Security will always be our number one priority, but that doesn’t mean gaining access to your safe deposit box will take hours of lengthy checks and procedures.

We provide unlimited access to our safety deposit box customers, 7 days a week, during our normal opening hours.

We can also provide an out of hours service, for access in emergencies. If you’d like to know more about our out of hours access service call our team on 0161 273 7487.

Safe Deposit Centre Access Procedures

Our access procedures can be broken down into just two simple steps:

  1. On arrival, you will be greeted by a friendly member of The Safe Deposit Centre team, who will verify your identity by photo ID at the reception.
  2. Once you’ve been verified, you will be able to access our high-security vault and your safe deposit box, along with an accompanying security guard and custodian.

Please note that we will require individuals to remove hats, glasses, scarves and motorcycle helmets in order to be photographed for our security purposes. For customers who wear a Niqab, we have trained female members of staff who will conduct the security checks in a private room. Once the checks have been verified you will not be asked to remove your Niqab again.

And that’s it. It really is that easy.
