It’s the most wonderful time of the year! With so many festivities happening in and around Manchester this Christmas, you’d have to be a scrooge to miss it!

The markets are back! Everyone loves a trip to the world-famous Christmas markets which are dotted all around the city. Get into the festive spirit with a mulled wine and enjoy some delicious treats, such as the mind-blowing Christmas Dinner in a Yorkshire Pudding Wrap!
The 2017 Christmas markets are running from the 10th November to the 20th December. The main place to be is Albert Square, in front of the town hall (where the GIANT Santa is sitting), where they will be hosting an extra day of Christmas shopping fun on the 21st December.

The Albert Hall, Manchester is hosting a Christmas Prosecco Festival on the 15th December. This is a must for anyone that is partial to a cheeky glass of bubbly prosecco (and of course 18 years).
The event is being held in the gorgeous grade II listed building on Peter Street and will be filled with 10 fizz stations and over 15 types of the sparkling wine to try. Not only this, but there will also be Bellini bars and Italian street food filling the main floor of the building; with a house band, cabaret acts and a pair of duelling pianists playing customers’ requests!
